Kim Tance
Development Executive
Kim joined Archery in August 2023 from Searchlight Pictures, where she worked as a Development Executive across the company's UK slate of films, including Andrew Haigh's ALL OF US STRANGERS (2023), Martin McDonagh's THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN (2022) and Raine Allen-Miller's RYE LANE (2023), as well as Archery's forthcoming rom-com from Bradley Cooper, IS THIS THING ON?.
Prior to Searchlight, Kim started her career as Producer's Assistant to Tracy O'Riordan at Moonspun Films and subsequently went on to work across VFX at MPC Film and then in the development and production team at 42.
Previously, Kim was a writer and translator across programming at Kinodvor Cinema in Slovenia, including the Ljubljana International Film Festival, Animateka International Film Festival, the Festival of Migrant Film and the Kurja Polt Genre Film Festival.
